My name is Maryam Mushtaq, and I am from the town of Bahgowal in the province of Punjab, Pakistan. Growing up, I was surrounded by the love and guidance of my parents, who are both pastors. Our family consists of four sisters and one younger brother, making us a close-knit unit bonded by faith.

I pursued my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, as I have always been fascinated by the intricate workings of society and the dynamics of human interactions. However, my academic pursuits have not been without challenges. As a Christian living in Pakistan, a country where Christians are a minority, I have experienced firsthand the difficulties and discrimination faced by my community. Despite these obstacles, I remain resolute in my faith and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

My vision for the Kingdom of God encompasses a deep desire to learn about the Bible systematically and share the Word of God with others to bring salvation and hope into their lives. I firmly believe that the Gospel’s transformative power can touch hearts and change lives, and I am dedicated to spreading this message with fervor and sincerity.

In addition to my spiritual aspirations, I am driven to support my family and serve others. Recognizing the financial strains that my parents face as pastors and the responsibility I have as the eldest daughter, I am working diligently to contribute to our household income. Through hard work and determination, I strive to alleviate some of my family’s burdens while also providing for my own needs.

Moreover, I am deeply committed to serving others in need. Whether it is through volunteering at a local Church, participating in community outreach programs, or lending a helping hand to those facing adversity, I find fulfillment in extending compassion and support to those around me. By embodying the teachings of Christ and demonstrating His love through actions, I can make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

My journey is driven by a strong faith, a passion for learning and sharing the Word of God, and a commitment to supporting my family and serving others. I strive to overcome the challenges Christians face in Pakistan and work towards a more inclusive and compassionate society where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
